How to Select an Automatic Edge Banding Machine.
1. Define the Product Mix
List the finished products, panel materials, and typical batch sizes. Note frequent changes in material, edge color, or glue type.
2. Record the Panel Range
Provide the smallest and largest panel. Include length, width, and thickness. The smallest panel often define the practical machine limit.
3. Define the Edge Material
Tell us the material, thickness, height, color, and profile. Add a datasheet or sample when the edge is unusual.
4. Select the Adhesive Process
State whether the project uses EVA, PUR, or another approved system.
5. Set the Process Sequence
Define the required stations. Start from the approved finish. Check whether you need pre-milling, corner rounding, radius scraping, glue scraping, or another option.
6. Define the Acceptance Standard
Send clear edge photos or a signed sample. Mark the acceptable glue line, corner shape, surface condition, and edge profile.
7. Estimate Real Output
Provide the daily panel count, batch size, and number of processed sides. Add the usual panel length and changeover frequency.
8. Check the Factory
