Brush Sanding Machine

Flat sanding belts cannot reach grooves, corners, curved edges, or decorative profiles. This is where Brush Sanding Machines become essential. Our machines use flexible abrasive brushes that conform to the shape of the workpiece, allowing them to sand detailed surfaces evenly without damaging edges or decorative features.

Edge Sanding Machine

Although surface quality is important, customers often notice the edges of furniture first. Poorly sanded edges can negatively affect edge banding quality, paint adhesion, and the overall appearance of the finished product.

Our Edge Sanding Machines are specifically designed to create smooth, consistent, and accurate edges before painting, laminating, or assembly.

What Does Your Sanding Machine Need to Do?

A wood sanding machine is industrial machine that uses a controlled abrasive belt, roller, brush or other contact system to remove material or refine a wood surface. Depending on the machine type and configuration, it may calibrate thickness, remove machining marks, control raised fibers, sand edges or profiles, or prepare a part for its defined next process. The right starting point is not the machine name. It is the surface and operation that must be completed.

Control Panel Thickness

Use Wide Belt Sander when the operation must reduce thickness variation, remove a defined material allowance or establish a more consistent flat reference surface.

Refine Flat Panel Surfaces

Use Wide Belt Sander for controlled stock removal, removal of defined flat-surface defects, scratch refinement or preparation of flat wood-based components.

Sand CNC-Machined Doors and Profiles

Use Brush Sander when flexible abrasive contact is required around grooves, routed details, raised panels, profiles or other surfaces that cannot be reached evenly by a flat belt alone.

Sand Straight

Use Sand Straight when the main requirement is to remove edge machining marks, control fibers, refine a profile or prepare the edge for a confirmed downstream process.

Sanding Special Shape

Use Manual Brush Sanding Machine when workpiece is curved, irregular, special shape.

Complete Sanding Process or Line

For projects connecting material handling, calibration, sanding, cleaning, inspection and downstream transfer.

How to Select an Industrial Sanding Machine.

Selecting a sanding machine for wood requires more than choosing a working width. The machine must match the workpiece, contact method, required removal, accepted surface and production conditions.

1. Define the Workpiece

Provide the finished product, material, construction, dimensions and surfaces that require sanding.

2. Describe the Incoming Surface

Record thickness variation, machining marks, fibers, scratches, glue residue, coating condition or other defects. Identify which defects must be removed and which features must remain unchanged.

3. Define the Sanding Task

Separate calibration, stock removal, scratch refinement, profile sanding, edge sanding and finish preparation.

4. Define an Accepted Result

Use measurable dimensions, defect limits and, where appropriate, an approved sample under controlled lighting.

5. Calculate the Production Requirement

Provide the normal part mix, batch size, shifts and target accepted output.

6. Confirm Factory Conditions

Include available floor space, loading and unloading, operator tasks, electrical supply, compressed air, dust extraction and connection with other machines.
