- 3 Independent Sanding Units
The machine is equipped with 2 brush sanding units and 1 belt sanding unit. It allows different sanding stages to be completed in a single pass, including rough sanding, fine sanding, and edge polishing.

The 60DS can complete edge sanding in one feeding cycle, greatly reducing processing time.
- Automatic PLC Control System
The machine was equipped with a PLC controller with touch screen HMI, allowing easy operation and accurate parameter settings.
- Automatic Lifting and Retraction
All sanding units can automatically move up, down, and retract according to the programmed settings. You don’t need to adjust by manual during production.
- Inverter Speed Adjustment
